About This Video
Fourteen repairs in 80 seconds. Baldo's camera strap, Ira's broken glasses, Josiah's pencil engraved, Johnny's camera engraved, Joe's phone case, Adakus's battery door cemented with crazy glue and baking soda. The speed is the thesis: most repairs are simple, fast, and only seem difficult because nobody showed you how. Van averaged under six seconds per fix. That number is not a flex. It is a fact.

Baldo has a camera strap with a shoulder thing on it. Wonderful. Thanks, man. Thanks for coming. Ira's broken glasses.
Engraved Josiah's pencil. Engraved Johnny's camera. Monogrammed Joe's phone
case. Crazy glue and baking soda to cement a magnet that keeps the little battery door shut on Adakus's camera.
Somehow I had the right thread screw to fix John's pocketk knife clip.
Monogrammed belt buckle for Chris. A new loop strap for Jack's Tom Sachs bag. That is not That is not breaking.
Lanyard for Edith's first set of keys ever. Boot straps for Ali. Fixed a
little tear in Rob's jacket. A grip for Lawrence's Leica M3.
And my favorite repair of the day, Marilyn's coffee grinder, which incorporated taking apart an appliance,
woodworking, broke the mouse trap wood, and had to crazy glue it back together.
Figuring out how to install a switch, and soldering. I got to solder finally, which is a guilty pleasure of mine. [Applause]
